There are charming communal gardens, with a barbecue and a large shared pool which is typically available from Easter to end October. The house has parking space for two cars adjacent to the property

The house is generously equipped including a T.V with a selection of satellite channels, together with DVD/video and stereo players. Heaters are available for use in the cooler months whilst a cot and stair gate can be provided on request.

A delightful apartment on the championship golf course of Valle del Este, Vera.

This second floor apartment has a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool and a view over the countryside to Mojacar and the sea. It is furnished to a particularly high standard and is very comfortable.

The bedroom has two twin beds and a view over the lake on the 5th fairway.  The bathroom has a bath with shower over, plus w.c, basin and bidet.  The airy open lounge/diner is beautifully furnished, with a comfortable sofa which converts into a double bed, cable TV with a wide variety of channels, DVD player, CD hi fi.  The air conditioning unit will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter months.  The kitchen has an oven/hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, and you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board.  Cots are available on request, for an additional fee.

There is secure parking and a storage area for your clubs, trolleys etc.  We regret that pets are not allowed in this property.
